(1) Select high-precision and high-reliability hydraulic control valves. The sensitivity of the hydraulic control valve's response and the accuracy of its action are closely related to the action order of the hydraulic system. To ensure that the hydraulic system is accurate and orderly, high-quality hydraulic control valves must be selected, especially various reversing valves and sequence control valves. Failure of these valves will inevitably cause disorder in the hydraulic system.
(2) Reasonable design of hydraulic circuits. In order to ensure the accuracy of the hydraulic system, the following matters should be noted when designing the hydraulic circuit: Take effective measures to prevent the effects and influences of various hydraulic shocks on the pressure relay and sequence valve. Take effective measures to prevent mutual interference between hydraulic circuits. Correctly design the oil drain pipeline of each hydraulic valve to ensure smooth oil drain from the hydraulic valve and ensure the normal working function of the hydraulic valve.
(3) Prevent hydraulic oil contamination. Hydraulic oil contamination causes the hydraulic valve to get stuck, rusted and the oil circuit to get blocked, which will inevitably cause disorder in the hydraulic system. Therefore, when designing the hydraulic system, it is necessary to take effective measures to prevent moisture, dust and debris from contaminating the hydraulic oil. During the operation and maintenance of the equipment, it is also necessary to prevent contamination.
